SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and all international orders are shipped via USPS. Order processing may take up to 7 - 10 business days. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships. All packages are insured and trackable.
IN-STORE PICKUP
Pickup orders take 4-5 business days to process. Once the item is ready for pickup an email will be sent that the order is ready. Please provide your confirmation email during pickup at the hotel lobby.
